In light of National Apprenticeship Week, The Rt Hon, James Heappey MP for Wells, recently visited the headquarters of Rotamec after hearing of our significant contributions to apprenticeship programs and impressive growth trajectory within the industry.
Upon his arrival, Mr Heappey was greeted by Rotamec’s senior management team and taken on a tour of the facilities where he witnessed first-hand our services offered and the processes within the business that we have implemented to support our customers demonstrating the companies dedication to contributing positively to the community’s development.
One of the highlights of the tour was the opportunity to meet with Rotamec’s apprentices, young talents who are being equipped with the skills and knowledge to lead the future of engineering. The MP was visibly impressed by the apprentices’ enthusiasm and the comprehensive training program that Rotamec has established to support their professional growth.
Paul Pearce, Sales and Operations Director for the Rotamec Group, expressed their gratitude for the MP’s visit and his recognition of their efforts. “Having James Heappey MP visit our headquarters is a tremendous honour and a testament to the hard work of our team. We are proud of our growth and our apprenticeship program, and we remain committed to contributing to our community and the wider industry.”
The visit from James Heappey MP highlights the importance of supporting apprenticeships and recognising the businesses that invest in future generations. Success in business and the development of a skilled workforce go hand in hand.
