GEM Transmissions is an independent supplier of bearing and transmission products. Our intention is to meet our customers requirements with good service and quality products.
Locally we offer a free van delivery service within a 30 mile radius of Warwick, nationally we can despatch overnight for next day delivery, you can visit our Trade counter at Warwick.
Rewinds & Transmission Specialists
Rewinds
Specialises in repairing and rewinding electric motors, both AC and DC, up to 5 tons. This includes fan motors, gearboxes, pump units, traction motors, transformers and coils.
In-house machine shop facilities perform metal spraying, machining, grinding, dynamic balancing and bespoke mechanical component manufacture
Site Services
On‑site diagnosis, inspection, and repair of faulty equipment at the customer’s location.
When on-site repair is not feasible, components are removed, serviced in GEM workshops, and then reinstalled.
New Motor Sales
Offers a range of new, energy-efficient motors from 0.18 kW up to 132 kW.
Stocks components such as fan motors, pumps and gearboxes often tailored to client specifications.
Supplies include next-day dispatch options across the UK and even loan motors to maintain customer’s production uptime.
Transmissions
Supplies bearings, belts, pulleys, chains, sprockets, seals and O-rings, essential for transmission systems. Offers free local delivery within a 30-mile radius of Warwick and next-day national delivery
