In an exciting development, Rotamec Engineering Solutions has secured a new 5,665 sq ft unit at the Springvale Industrial Estate, facilitated by a ten-year lease agreement with FI Real Estate Management (FIREM). This strategic move, following a £200k refurbishment of unit 35 by FIREM that introduced a new roof, fencing, LED lighting, and revamped kitchen and office facilities, signals a notable expansion for Rotamec.
The newly acquired space quintuples the size of our existing premises in Pontypool, paving the way for substantial growth in our electromechanical services specialisation. We’re not only increasing our operational footprint but also creating a host of new employment opportunities in sales and engineering sectors in the forthcoming months.
