Let us introduce Rotamec’s new online e-learning portal for its staff – MOODLE. With customizable management features, it is used to create online courses for Rotamec staff to achieve learning goals.
Moodle (acronym for modular object-oriented dynamic learning environment) allows for extending and tailoring learning environments using community sourced plugins. In other words, Rotamec staff can access Moodle anytime, anywhere and on any smart device, or computer.
Rotamec has started using Moodle for various fundamental safety courses such as, inductions for new staff, continuous personal development and refresher training. Therefore, not only is it more cost effective, but it allows flexibility for our staff to learn.
